    I have shoulder, elbow and wrist pain, I thought it was casued by tennis until it started in my left arm also, should I give up racket sports

      Hi Anne Exercise is good for you in the menopause and it would be a shame to give up something you like doing. Why not try the tips above to see if that makes a difference and maybe just ease back a little until your joints improve.
