Hi Samantha, Missing periods can often signify the start of the menopause. Ask the doctor to check out any headaches and test for low blood pressure, hormone levels or low iron levels, to clarify this situation. Let me know how you get on.

Hi Georgina Unfortunately, we can't recommend the Menopause Support in this situation as it contains plant oestrogens, sorry I would suggest either acupuncture or seeking the advice of a herbalist. They can formulate a personalised treatment plan for you and liaise with your doctor if needed.

I’m 55 and have been going through the menopause for over 14 years. Hot flushes, itchy skin, mood swings etc. How much longer do I have to put up with this, surely it must stop soon.

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
