Hi Pauline Itchy skin is really common in the menopause but there are a number of things you can do to help yourself. I have posted a video blog on this so please do take a look.

Hi Zareen It can take a little while for tablets to start showing benefit in the menopause so it is best to wait and see how you feel when you have finished them. If you still don't feel any benefit then it is important to go back to your doctor and let them know. It is difficult to tell how long it will last as it is different for every woman. However, most women do find that they start to feel better after several years without periods.
